Our Prices are based on a 4-6 week maintenance schedule.
Any bath or groom scheduled over 7 weeks may be subject to additional charges.
Even if your dog doesn’t look particularly scruffy, grooming provides many health benefits for them which may not be immediately obvious. Brushing your dog ventilates their coat, helping it grow healthy and strong and takes away old and damaged hair. Grooming also ensures that your dog’s skin can breathe and keeps down the level of grease in their coat. Too much grease can block pores and cause irritation and all sorts of skin problems. Running a brush through their coat acts as a nice massage which promotes healthy blood circulation. Grooming is a great bonding time, as dogs are creatures of habit, regular grooming will become part of their routine and they will know what to expect and aid in building a trusting relationship with their groomer.
Regular grooming also helps to keep an eye on the overall wellbeing of the dog. it gives us the opportunity to check for any sores, skin issues, fleas, or general lumps, bumps, scratches, as well as the condition of their eyes, ears and feet. As we get to know your pet and what is normal for them, we are more likely to notice when something is a little different and bring it to your attention.
Additional Charges may be applied for:
Late Pick-Ups:
We give estimated times that your dog will be ready and ask that you please be available to pick up your dog within one hour of notification that they are ready. Dogs know when their groom is complete and they are eager to go home. As a busy cage free salon with multiple groomers, it can become very crowded and we need to make sure there is space available for incoming appointments.
Dogs picked up more than ONE HOUR past completion may be subject to a daycare fee of $10/15 minutes.
Late Drop-Offs and Missed Appointments:
As we offer start to finish appointment times to eliminate dogs spending the whole day at the groomers, it is very important to be on time as tardiness affects all of the appointments following yours. Therefore, dogs who arrive more than 10 minutes past their scheduled appointment time, may be required to reschedule and will be considered a missed appointment.
Missed appointments and appointments that are not cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will be required to pay 50% of the estimated grooming cost for the first offense and 100% of the estimated cost after that.
